it looks like a stamp on the base and the gold outline does not look like pieces from this period. looks like a later piece sold to or for  tourists. usually sell for 30-100$. a few really nice example have brought a little over 300$. i can not find this exact example.  i can not find enough exact pieces or close pieces to really tell what this is worth.

These stamped marking generally indicate late 19th century production at the earliest and remain in production to this day. Most we see now tend to date from the 1960's forward, values for them as decorative piece vary by quality, $100.00 and up for comparable pieces.
