Description
I have a Railroad pot belly stove that was damaged in an accident that I need approiaed to let the insurance co. know what it is worth. The only photos I currently have of it are the damaged ones. The name of it is Meteor No. 11 & the actualy pot belly is made of porcelain while the remainder of the stove is cast iron. Could you let me know what you think this is worth to replace?

It was previously used as a railroad stove to warm the car, then was in a historical home in New York for a few years. I purchased it from a lady who was moving & get rid of a lot of things in 1995

Maybe someone else can chime in, I've never seen a cast iron stove with porcelain parts before.
