This is a family heirloom. I wanted to find out how much its worth. However, the front page says it has 24 pages but they only count up to 12 an there are no pages missing in the middle ????? Almost like it was of the press a year ago. Also it has been sealed in a plastic bag for many years I recently opened it to see if it was trash while cleaning out old boxes.

I found one in my attic, my dad died 8 years ago at the age of 95, I was wondering the same as this poster the value. I am willing to sell mine for under a $100 if anybody is interested, as I've seen it sold at autions for $150+ and on ebay for $1,000 so not sure of value and it should go to someone who is interested in the history.
