Vases

By moocrew, 5 July, 2018
Description

I have a set of these vases, each measuring 4 inches tall.  They have some Chinese/Japanese markings on them. Not sure if they are legit or maybe just knock-offs. A couple condition issues..a small hairline crack down the one and a small hole in the base of the other one. Was looking for any information on them, or if they may be worth something.  passed down from my Grandmother.

Re: Vases

They are Chinese, the marking reads "qainlong period make", but these markings in red are nearly always found on 20th century reproductions. You would have to get the script on the side translated, they are often dated.
