Was bought at yard sale. Have no history.

It looks like 1970's "Decorator Art" that was often sold through Department stores during that period. Most of them are prints on hardboard or heavy paper, if there are any markings at all they often cannot be seen without removing them from the frame. What you paid is about what they go for at yardsales.
