Description

My great grandmother gave me this piece before she passed away many years ago. I have searched online and can not find much about the piece. Not sure if it is ceramic, pottery, porcelain?  Was it made for jewelry or candy dish?  

The HOSS USA stamp is on the bottom.

WOW this one is not easy  .. I have had no luck and been looking for awhile .. the only thing I found by this company was a honey pot. I would guess this piece is circa 1940 - 1960's .. Perhaps North Central US Origin. I believe it was a honey pot or sugar bowl.

Definately Ceramic ... Here is a link that shows the difference between the two.

I would estimate its value at $40 - $75 US pending on market.
