Boy on dock overlooking fishbowl (?Chalkware?) lamp

Description

This is a ceramic or plaster (maybe chalkware) made lamp. The bottom has a hollow hole to the inside of the base, which is covered up with a piece of felt. The lamp was made to showcase a fishbowl and under the dock is where the lamp used to be (a hole is still there). The cords have been cut in the rear of the base, where you will also see the numbers 1812 inscribed. This piece stands about 19 inches high.
