Help Me Date My Sofa and Chair, Please!

It appears to have already been reupholstered at least once.  Heavy and solid wood legs and arm rests.

Purchased from an older lady in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

I just learned the springs are made from woven horse hair.  The lady who I purchased it from says it belonged to HER grandmother, and she's an elderly lady.  I'm thinking maybe 1920s?  Hope someone can help!  Thank you!
