Re: Ken Harris Wooden MALLARD Duck Decoy Circa 1944 - 1948

Here is a cool link with a bio on Mr Harris. He lived from 1905 -1981

This decoy looks to be a mallard ....  Condition Good / wear relevant to age.

http://www.timuseum.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Clayton2012-display…

Circa 1944 - 1948

Est Value: I see many of these ducks by Mr Harris going from $150 - $300+ US on ebay. In my experience decoy ducks are highly collectable  and currently get the bucks : )  I would insure it under your house contents insurance for $400 - $500 US,

Thanks for sharing your wonderful piece. I would appreciate your feedback on my evaluation in a reply and up vote if you learned anything.

Peace Always
