Stunning Hand Painted Bowl

Description

This is a really stunning hand painted piece and has a markers mark that I have never seen before. It has a hand painted gold border with a raised design. This is one of two that I have. I'm also not sure if it was only ever made for decorative purposes and what it would be used for. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
