It's 20th century silver plate made by International Silver, a conglomerate that form at the turn of the 19th century, including several of the Roger"s silver companies. Sadly the market is saturated with Silverplated hollowware and with very few willing buyers comparble pieces often sell for what you paid for yours, Under $20.00.
