Might be a Mexican Biker Ring. Instagram has lots of pics of them so you could research and see if there's one like that. Also Facebook has a group Vintage Mexican Biker Rings and there's people there who would know. Online real vintage Mexican Biker rings sell for $200 and up

Edit, prices are down right now. Rings similar to this are going for around $75.
