I've been told what I have is a fan-back windsor chair dating 1760-1770. It has a number under the chair (326) and I am wondering what the value is.

Distinguishing marks has 326 marked on the under side of the seat

Condition Excellent

Size and dimensions of this item height is 41 inches, width from fan back left to right is 25 inches, widest part of seat is 17-1/2 inches

Date Period 1760-1770

History I think the condition is excellent based on the fact that it's a 300 year old chair

The 326 makes me think this is a Wallace Nutting #326 fan-back Windsor side chair.
