Yes, it's real. I can clearly see it.

Would be easier to help if you added more photos, larger photos, and perhaps took the time to explain what you found. Author, dates, etc. All I can see now is a tiny photo of some writing in a notebook.

Yeah.

Looks like a letter/poem to "Anne" from William L Stidger dated 1940.

Only problem here is the signature, doesn't look anything like how he usually signed stuff: https://pictures.abebooks.com/THRIFTBOOKS/30557554927_2.jpg

Take it to a library/museum and talk to a historian. Hard to authenticate based on a few photos.
