Is there any kind of name anywhere on the cabinet or perhaps a date somewhere on it?

It's a Colonial Revival style set, most of them date from the second quarter of the 20th Century. They tend to be a mix of hardwoods, often maple with mahogany/walnut veneers. Demand for such sets currently is very weak with comparable sets often selling for under $500.00.
