French/Dutch Antique Desk

Description

Item bought from Personal Collection. I was told it is of English Origin from about 1800s, but from my studies and reserach, I believe its more likely to be Dutch/French in Gothic Revival Style. If in fact from the 1800s, desk is in overall good condition given age, drawers are functioning, desk is a two piece design, top part is removable for change of use or perhaps ease of mobility.

I noted non-uniform dovetails on drawers.

if anyone can give any more information about this item, i would greatly appreciate it.

thanks to all.
