This vase is 14" high and 7" wide.  It is in very good condition.

Blue and white double gourd Chinese dragon vase. That’s what I used for my google search.
I found a mark that is very similar to yours on this page https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/18981/lot/41/?category=list
I’m not an expert and I know there’s people here with better answers than I can give but maybe this is a start.
Just guessing about the mark that is very close I wonder, are they the same maker or is this one (yours) kind of copying that one?
I did use pics of both marks and put them through a optical character recognition site that I found online then took that to google translate and they came out different. I’m not sure how accurate the OCR can be from these photos. I’d copy and paste those translations but I don’t think they make much sense.
A google search of blue Qianlong seal mark might help you. My guess and only a guess is yours is copying that mark but not really it. Now for someone who knows a lot more to chime in.
