Not sure if this is worth anything or if it's just a common lampshade any help would be appreciated.

I’m not sure why there’s such a large price difference but doubt the expensive one will sell for that much.

It's a reproduction of a turn of the 19th Century Leaded Glass parlor lamp shade. These tend to date from the late 1960's through the end of the 1980's. Values for them depend on how close they match originals by big name companies such as Tiffany, Chicago, Kimberly and Duffner, etc...
