has signature and  "camelot inn" writtn on the gold plate  in the bottom center of the painting

Good afternoon,
I wondered if you still had the Nicholas Comito painting and, if so, if it was for sale? My grandmother had the same painting in her house. My father seems to recall his parents getting it from a furniture auction in southern California back in the mid-60s. They didn’t have much money back then, so I can’t imagine her buying art unless she really loved it. I think other than family photos, and a small portrait of the Last Supper it was the only piece of art they had in the house. Unfortunately, after her death 20+ years ago, most of her stuff was lost or thrown away. That painting hung above her sofa, and as a kid, it was my favorite thing to stare at and daydream. If interested in selling, I would love to negotiate a price.
