Re: Wooden Signs
I’m not sure about the posters themselves as they’ve been altered in making the grape tray art but if you google grape tray art you’ll find some on Etsy and eBay and see what they are asking for them. I remember these being popular in the 70’s growing up in central California.
Re: Wooden Signs
I found some on just flat wood for hundreds of dollars. Wasn't sure if it was the art or what..
Thanks!
Re: Wooden Signs
Most I’m seeing are selling for around $40. I think you might consider them more craft than art and maybe regional to raisin growing areas.

Re: Wooden Signs
These are all modern reproductions, values for them when properly identified as such are very modest as decorator art.
Re: Wooden Signs
These were made prior to the 1980s, my aunt purchased them around the end of the 80s. How would I be able to find out when they were made or is that impossible without names or dates?
Re: Wooden Signs
This site has one with a label that has a .com on it so I’m guessing these are being sold now or recently. The label states that the grape trays are from the 20’s through the 40’s. I’m betting yours are from the 70’s (made into art, trays could be much older) as that’s when I remember them being popular. Now days they use paper trays to dry grapes.
