Yes we have seen that, but no real info on artist. One site states she/he was from Dallas, TX where we live.

Looks like something by Madelyn Picot. (French, born 1957), but oil paintings really require the services of a specialist fine Arts Appraiser and a physical appraisal. Madelyn Picot was born in Cannes, France in 1957 to a very artistic family--her mother was a dancer in the Paris Opera and her father was a renowned watercolorist. She studied at the Sorbonne and at the Beaux-Arts de Paris. Picot has had many "Expositions de Groupe" in Paris and Montreal, Quebec.
