These appear to have been made by Gebruder Schutz, values vary. I have seen pairs sell at auction from $100.00 to $250.00 in the last year. Any item with a country of origin mark such as "Made In Austria" tend to post date 1891 and closer to 1900. These appear to have been made by Gebruder Schutz, values vary. I have seen pairs sell at auction from $100.00 to $250.00 in the last year.
