These look like hand colored etchings to me. I found what some of them are of. The winged victory column one can be seen here https://www.berlin.de/en/attractions-and-sights/3560160-3104052-victory-column.en.html The modern looking building https://markhillpublishing.com/the-house-of-the-worlds-cultures-berlin-an-etching/ The gate is https://www.history.com/news/brandenburg-gate-a-brief-history I’m not sure what the domed one is, maybe the Reichstag building? This information doesn’t tell you who the artist is but maybe knowing what some of the images are of can help you in your search.
