Re: T. Licini "Girl with Shawl"
This painting https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/40965807_j-or-t-licini-b-1912-italian-20th-century had an auction estimate of $100 - $300. It sold for $50. I believe this is also the same artist http://www.arcadja.com/auctions/en/licini_t_/artist/743354/ but I don’t have any info on it. I think that De Grimme Gallery sold or sells furniture and decor items. Not much out there on T. Licini.

Very helpful. Thank you!
Re: T. Licini "Girl with Shawl"
Nice find. Teodoro Licini, born in Belluno in 1912, was know for antique style figurative studies of this type. Most of them tend to date from the mid 20th century through the 1980's that have come up for auction in recent years. Values vary a great deal, most have listed with presale estimate upwards of $350.00, but often did not hit that value.
