This looks like a Giclée Print. I can’t find much about Marko Manufacturing but it looks like they made home decor, prints, wall hangings and little sculptures. I did see a 1968 date on one label, would imagine they went from the 1950s - 1970s but that’s just a guess. I did find one print like this on Craigslist. It didn’t look like a Giclée Print, didn’t have that paint brush texture. It was selling for $25. And I saw another Marko Manufacturing print on Mercari selling for over $200 but I very much doubt it will sell for that. My guess would be $25 - $100, less at a yard sell or thrift shop.

Also, not sure but doubt Irene Barsin is the artist as she did mostly landscapes and seascapes.
