Description Antique turtle top marble table with carved dog that has been in my family for generations. Beautiful table but does have wear/defects that could be restored. I am trying to figure out what it is worth in its current condition. Defects include: Crack in marble that has been repaired, carved dog is no longer attached, piece of decorative wood on one leg missing. You can see the attached pics for more detail.
Category American Furniture

I don’t know if this will help but here are so sold prices and auction estimates on similar tables https://www.liveauctioneers.com/search/?keyword=MARBLE%20TOP%20DOG%20TABLE&sort=-relevance&status=archive You can register there for free to see what they actually sold for. My guess is condition will matter and bring the price down and whether it’s an actual H. N. Wenning will probably make a difference too. Hopefully @Lovejoy will see this and be able to give you a better idea of value.

Your table is a mid Victorian piece in the Rococo Revival style which peaked in popularity about 1870.. Sadly values for Victorian furniture has crashed in the last 15 years, tables identical to this one have sold at auction for under $200.00.
