I don't have much information but I do know this handmade silver mug has 2 German leaders Kaiser Wilhelm and Bismark identified (3rd unknown). Gold lined and gold trimmed. I am very interested to know its approximate value/more info. I may want to sell. Thanks so much!

We would need to see the markings to determine what it is made of, if there are no markings it's not sterling.
