Grand Rapids Furniture Co. Table and Chairs

I have a table and chair set that we had restored about 14 years ago. It was going to be thrown away after some water damage and we salvaged it and had it restored. I have attached some photos of the tag on the table. It says Grand Rapids Furniture Co. Mich. It has two captains chairs with arms and four regular chairs with no arms. I have tried to research this on the Internet, but cannot find anything similar. When it was restored we had an appraisal from the restoration company of approximately $13,000. I need to update it for insurance purposes and the other appraisal has passed away and I haven't been able to locate another. There is a Perfection Table Lock mechanism. There are four leaves which are each approximately 12" wide. The table is 54" diameter. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
