Antique Oriental Asian Thousand Crane Vase Pair

By LuxyLuLu, 19 June, 2014
Description

Two identical antique vases were purchased at an estate sale in 1988 for $10,000.00. The location of the estate sale is unknown, however it is believed that these beautiful oriental vases were purchased somewhere in the southern United States. The designs featured on the vases include enameled hand painted cranes, molding that embroiders the shoulder, jade-colored hand painted handles that resemble foo dogs, along with multicolored designs on the lip and foot. Dimensions are 37 1/2" tall, and 14" in diameter at the lip.
