Antique pearl / 24k g necklace and bracelet

By manc90937, 23 June, 2024
Description

Pearl bracelet with 31 small irregularly shaped pearls (almost like an egg or teardrop on some of them).
Pearl necklace with apx 110-112 small pearls, more uniformly shaped but slight irregularities in shape and difference in color from one to the next. The chain of each has tested as 24k gold. I'm wondering if someone could give me a likely classification for the type of pearl this is most likely to be as well as a ball park value

Pearl demi-parure

It's difficult to appraise jewelry on the Internet. Taking your pearl set to a jeweler is your best bet. They look to be "Near Round / Off-Round" freshwater pearls, but a jeweler will know. Check the fishhook clasp with a magnifying glass or loupe, I'll bet it's marked.
