Old dresser

Bought this dresser at an antique sale. It does not have a drawer stamp. But it does have 2 different hand stamped markings on the back

The 1880 stamping is not a…

The 1880 stamping is not a year's stamp. It is more than likely a model number stamp for the suites design style. Most like this were made from about 1925-45. These are usually part of a larget suite that would comprise of a dresser, vanity, side tables and a bed. Values last peaked in the 1990's for furniture like this, and has declined a great deal since then. In "as found" condition most now sell for under $75.00
