Based on what I can see they appear to Decorator pieces from the 1980's. Most of these originated from Italy and Spain. I don't have any information on the maker, a lot of this type of decorator item were made under contract and labeled by the importer. No huge value, similar pieces are now turning up at thrift shops for under $50.00.
