This is a 5 inch round disk believed to be made of brass with the name JDS-yamagumo embossed on it along with 2 naval anchors and possibly an ocean scene with a mountain in the background.

This was obtained by my brother from C.J. Seiberlich, Captain U.S.N., Commanding Officer of USS Hornet upon his passing in Virginia
