Description

William Daugherty in Texas sent 12 year old Vada Frink in Haviland, Kansas a colorful Halloween card that reads "Halloween Precautions" which portrays a witch, a black cat and a pumpkin. There is a short saying on the bottom of the front of the card.

It was post marked November 7, 1910 with a ONE CENT green Benjamin Franklin stamp. The image on the stamp is easily visible and vibrant with perforations on all four sides. However, some of the perforations on the right side are thinned.
