Architectural print of PT Barnums home

Description

Hi I'm hoping you have some insight on this architecture sketch. It measures L 22" and H 17". It's been professionally framed so the back is just the special paper they use with no identifying marks . I was in contact with the curator at the PT Barnum museum in Connecticut and we came to the conclusion that it's most likely an original one of a kind heliotype print. A couple of the pictures you can see a silver tint on some of the lines which confirms it was definitely printed using the heliotype process. I found nothing online about it besides a picture of the print that was in a very old architectural book. It has a lot of history to it with the names James R Osgood and George Palliser. Its in excellent condition and seemed like it was very well cared for. The museum curator suggested that I donate it to the P T Barnum museum but I would like to find out what it's worth before I give it away. I did consider it when I first got it a few years ago so I had it professionally wrapped and ready to ship but I decided to hold off until I get more information. Thank you in advance!
