Tiffin was one of the largest glassworks in the U.S. in the early- and mid-1900s and produced many patterns including this one, "Williamsburg". There should be 12 cups in this set. The company was forced into bankruptcy in 1962 and then changed hands a number of times and is now under the auspices of Crystal Traditions, still located in Tiffin, Ohio.
Demand for crystal entertainment sets in today's market is fairly weak. At auction this set is currently getting $100-150, retail as much as double that.
