Candy box lid painting???

20” X 16”  Print or watercolor.  Unsigned.  I am unsure of just what this is.  This picture has been in our family at least 68 years or more.  The story that I was told about this piece is that it was the top to a box of candy that my father won on a punch board when he and

my mother were dating.  Any information including value would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you
