My grandmother sent this tapestry to me in 1979 from England. It was cut out of picture frame and hidden so it wasn't picked up by customs. The back of the tapestry looks like the fabric is tied into knots. That's all I know about this piece.
Vintage shaving mug from the late 1800's to early 1900's. This is the type of mug used with a brush and bar of soap. That is why there are drain holes in the indented top and the brush is used to be rinsed in the spout.
A group of about 20-25 Barbara Knudsen photos ranging from fair to great quality. There are other actors/actresses in the photos but I do not know who they are. There is even a couple of her as a showgirl. I will scan and add photos soon.
English pram, wood carriage with crome handles, white tires, black fabric hood, and white leather interior. This would be excellent for a display for collector dolls. This carriage was brought back to the states in 1957 on a US Navy ship in the magazine area by my husband for out first child.
They are all different in design but similar in size, and all 8 chairs are signed by the artist. Each chair has an upholstered seat, but each one is a different fabric. The chairs are similar in design to his Angel Wing chairs, but the back are just interesting shapes instead of wings. They are all in very good condition and were only used in the coffee shop (Moonbeans in Rochester - now closed) for a couple years. We have had them in storage since purchasing them in 2002.
Inherited from my Grandmother. She was the original owner of the set. Purchased between 1935-1945. Mahogany with stripes in the center. 2 of the pieces have rounded edges (semi-circle look) the others are squared. Armoire, dresser, night stand, and mirrored lower chest of drawers.
grandparent brought this item back from iran years ago. trying to figure out what it is and what it's worth. possibly a chafing dish?
