Your chairs dates from the first quarter of the 20th century, they were mass produced items and values are generally modest for them. If the need any kind of restroation at all they'll often goe at auction for under $25.00 each. I've included some information regarding the company that made them below.

"Established in 1881 in Piqua, Ohio, the Cron-Kills Company was founded by A. J. Cron, R. B. Kills, Henry Flesh and Samuel Zollinger. The company produced a variety of wardrobes and ladies’ desks and was one of the largest businesses in Piqua and boasted one of the largest and best equipped furniture producing factories in the state of Ohio. In the early-twentieth century the factory included five buildings that covered over twenty-five acres of floor space and employed over two-hundred men. From its headquarters in Piqua, the Cron-Kills Company shipped all across the United States and also exported to some foreign countries. The company ceased trading around 1940."
