Old parchment manuscript in Latin

By Foxchase, 27 January, 2014
Description

I bought this manuscript at an antique store the other day, I paid $25. I am a history student and I like Medieval-themed things, so when I found this I just had to have it.
At first I thought maybe it was a student project or something. But then I realized it's not written on paper, but parchment. I was also told by someone who was able to intepret the Latin that it was a heavily abbreviated version of Psalm 69, which means the creator could have had extensive knowledge in Latin. This made me curious about the age of this manuscript. I was also told that the font type is called Rotunda and was common in Italy in Medieval times.
It also seems to have been repaired at some point.

I would really apprieciate it if anyone could provide me with any additional info, give me any pinpoints on how old it could be. I can't stop thinking about it, and I want to figure out what to do with it.
