Very colorful ceramic donkey planter, weird cause it's a wall hnging so flat on one side. Marked with Tialy...not sure who that it, but it reminds me of Mexico. I am selling my house (which was my parents) and foudn this in a box. Any help would be appreciated

I think it actually says "Italy", a lot of these low cost decorator pieces were exported from Italy after World War Two. Values for European wall sconces like this are very modest, generally less than $20.00.
