Description

We believe that the signature on the painting says, "Charles Wysocki" but we have not been able to find any paintings of his that match this one perfectly.

It seems to be either a lithograph or printed piece since there is a consistent spotted square pattern within the paint. It has a Windsor Art Product sticker on the back with an IBM number of:
