Description Framed print done by Windsor Art Products Inc. Out of Pico Rivera CA. USA. IBM # G 5295 490. Identified as "The Music Man" and the signature looks like Larry Johnson. The frame and backing are in rough shape but the print itself is pretty good. I am wondering if it is worth the money to reframe before selling, or uf I should just sell the print only and let the buyer reframe.
