Description

A watercolour painting depicting seaweed gatherers in a boat on Morcambe Bay, NW England.  The frame is by Boot's Cash Chemists' who are now called Boot's Pharmacy.  Boot's were called 'Cash Chemists' from 1871-84 and there is no evidence that the picture has been removed from the frame.

The signature may be obscured by the insert from the frame.
