Stone or Jade Carving Man kneeling or transformational - Is it OLMEC PRE COLUMBIAN. 250 - 1200 ad.

Description

This Peice is 4 1/2 high 3 at its widest. It is a man, who is stooped over.  I believe it May be... pre columbian jade belonging to the OLMECK people who were an ancient civilization.

I came to this idea on researching the key words stobe carving kneeling and african decent.

To me it resembles many of the carvings, and I have shown the piece which came out of a storage auction a month ago, to a couple of discriminating dallas buyers and they believed it was possible.

The piece resembles many of these really amazing and old pieces in size, in make up and in expression and could be  a transformational figure sitting  man ,
