Vintage law enforcement jacket

Description

Jacket is made of front quarter horse hide made by a company called Top Notch Sportswear. Made in California by Ralphs-Pugh Co, Inc. my uncle gave this to my husband about 20 years ago and said it was a CHP jacket. The 'fur' collar is removable.
