Vintage rugs

Description

Great-aunt recently passed and I now have these two area rugs/ wall hangings, but am not entirely sure what I have.  She traveled the world, collected pieces from all over.  The Peruvian rug with the browns, gray and white is a wool (95%) blend 64"x21". The rug in a bird motif doesn't have any tags or markings, is 56"x22".  Please help me further identify the symbols/ meanings of the Peruvian rug and any information on the bird motif rug and their values.  Have searched extensively online for comparable rugs, and only found a rug in a bird motif that was somewhat similar to the one I have, but there wasn't information I could use.  Many thanks.
