Pelham, Shell and Leckie

I just purchased this chair off of craigslist and am in the process of re-upholstering it.  Upon the start of my project I found that the white fabric pictured is from someone elses re-upholstery project and the original fabric and stuffing were still in tact.  Gross, but in tact.  When I removed the original fabric I found the sales ticket.  It reads the following:

Frame No: 734 than a handwritten C

Finish: lwd

Fabric: 801

Then the address line:

Just curious about its history and potential value.
