The item in question is a china tea plate from the Original Chokin Collection by Dynasty Gallery Exclusive Designs. The design on the front is an engraved and pained depiction of two fish, which appear to be trouts.
According to online sources, all pieces in this collection were engraved with real gold around the rims of the plate, not the pained design. The item is in near-perfect condition. There is no paint wearing or gold chipping, but there are a few minor defects on the plate from when it was created, and some wearing on the bottom from when it was set down so much. There is a tiny creator's stamp from the looks of it on the painted design.
I did not buy this from the source, it was bought secondhand for a measely price, so I don't know the true value of the item. Just that it is not brand new and it is somewhat valuable by the looks of it, as I was not able to find an exact copy of it online anywhere, possibly indicating its rarity.
