Description

I obtained this from the estate sale of an elderly, wealthy art collector/hoarder. He made his fortune as a coin dealer. He also inherited his parents’ collection. He had many valuable pieces from artists like Levier (only one I can remember at the moment). I picked the piece because I thought it was interesting. I haven’t been able to identify the signature.
